I would just like to add that the current economic environment is not necessarily the cause. We are seeing these issues with pre 25yr old new employees. The boomers style of parenting has failed drastically. These children respect no authority and are convinced that everyone is out to get them. They would happily be escorted out by police rather than try to understand why their behavior is indecent. So sad.
